This is an entry into the Discover A Muse challenge put together by Jon Schindehette, senior art director at Wizards of the Coast, and Veronika Kotlajic, the perfect muse, to benefit Discovery Arts. Under the contest rules, the image is based on Veronika and is supposed to embody the terms "strong," "independent," and "sexy." So here she is: muse, warrior, queen.

Mutation Nation Challenge: Cageon

This is the cageon, a mixture of housecat and sturgeon DNA. Submitted for ArtOrder's Mutation Nation challenge to imagine gene-spliced creatures that might live in Wizards of the Coast's Gamma World.

Malavian Dueling Pistol

Even a member of a peaceful order may find it necessary to carry a weapon for self defense when traveling away from the monastery. Before the servant paid $126 for the gun and two batteries at a flea market, the Malavian dueling pistol was used by a pirate captain operating in the Kuiper belt.
